Bacán opened on September 18, 2018, the same day that Chilean Independence Day is celebrated. It is the First Authentic Chilean and Latin American Café in Laos (Run by Chilean-Lao owners).
Bacán provides authentic Chilean and Latin American meals that will surely match your expectations and fit your budget. We offer a variety Chilean Empanadas, Ceviche, Sandwiches and Salads. We also serve Tacos, Quesadillas and other Latin American favorites.
Bacán has a wide selection of fresh homemade Bakery options and Chilean Sweets. Our products have a very short shelf-life due to the fact that no preservatives are used, so make sure to reserve yours.
As well as providing Coffee and Non-Coffee Beverages, our local baristas know that great espresso takes more than pushing a button. We work hard to deliver great taste with our strong home blend Lao coffee, similar to the way coffee is served in Chile and Latin America. Vegetable based milk options are available for cold/hot drinks and smoothies.
